Basement Restoration – Claymont, DE
After sustaining significant damage, we worked with one of our colleagues to restore this basement to its original state while updating a few things. We were able to salvage some of the walls but new framing was installed, re-routing and replacement of electrical, new drywall, new staircase, new paint throughout, new doors and trim, new carpet and laminate flooring, relocation of washer and dryer, re-installation of drop ceiling. Our client was very pleased with the final product and were able to make changes that they had wanted to make for some time. We were able to bring this project to a close in 3 weeks.
Kitchen Remodel – West Chester, PA
This project included the removal of the exiting kitchen, trim and flooring. We designed a new kitchen to gain as much space as we could with a very limited space. New cabinets, quartz countertops, glass and mosaic tile and lighting were installed in the kitchen. New composite laminate flooring installed along with new base and show molding throughout the first floor. All walls and trim were painted throughout the home to complete the project.
Finished Basement and Bar – Downingtown, PA
This project included the initial design concept, permits, framing, electrical, audio / video, data wiring, insulation, drywall, painting, flooring and trim. This was a change from our typical basement project. Our client wanted to have a painted black, exposed ceiling as the finished product. We also incorporated reclaimed barnwood in much of the trim and a custom sliding barn door. While also providing modern, typical finishes we were also successful in using the reclaimed material to tie everything together to accomplish our clients vision. The last piece of this project included a custom bar wrapped in the same barnwood used throughout the basement as well as shelves that are suspended with black coated chain.
Our client was ecstatic over the finished product and was moving furniture in as we were moving the last of our tools out.
